ATC9 - Cluster Science and Catalysis [TCL]

The ATC9 workshop was held at Teer Coatings Ltd, Droitwich, UK on November 2 and 4th 2015

ATC9 will be followed by the Catsense mid-term review meeting at Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Birmingham on November 5 and 6th 2015

 

Registration

  • Please register the ATC9 Workshop on the Catsense website as soon as  possible (you need to login first)
  • The Registration fee for all participants is GBP125, which includes lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner, travel costs from Droitwich to Warwick University, Brunel University and Johnson Matthey.
  • Once your registration is confirmed, you will be informed how to make the payment.

Accommodation

  • The suggested hotel at Droitwich is Chateau Impney (www.chateau-impney.com). TCL reserved 12 rooms for the period between Nov 1st (Sunday) and Nov 5th (Thursday). 
  • The negotiated special rate is GBP57 per room per night, including breakfast. You don’t need to contact the hotel for booking, but should pay the hotel bill yourself when checking out. 

Travel to the hotel

  • From Birmingham Airport.
    • Please take a train from Birmingham International (Birmingham Airport) to Birmingham New Street first. Then change the train to Droitwich Spa. The hotel Chateau Impney is about a mile away from train station.
  • Other airports.
    • Please take a train to Birmingham New Street first, then change the train to Droitwich Spa from there.

Travel arrangement for the ATC9 works

  • On Monday (Nov 2nd) morning, Kevin Cooke and Jinlong Yin will meet all the participants at the hotel Chateau Impney at 9:00, and then transport all the people to Teer Coatings.
  • On Tuesday (Nov 3rd) and Wednesday (Nov 4th) mornings, a mini-bus will come to the hotel at 9:00. All participants will be taken to various locations according to the programme
  • On Thursday (Nov 5th) morning at 10:00, a mini-bus taxi will come to the hotel and take all the people to Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Birmingham for the mid-term review meeting.
